The location was convenient, not far from delightful Promenade, shops and station, and the river and Marina and easily accessible. Went to National for drink or two, set within a close distance from the hotel.

There was elevator missing, I was a little disappointed.

The hotel is in a stunning location near Luzern city center, the train station, shopping district, market area, and by the lake. the breakfast is wonderful and adequate. - the standard queen room is fantastic, with an exceptionally comfortable bed and spacious bathroom.

It is a luxurious hotel, very clean especially the bathroom - very bright, new, and spacious.

My room was 245 and the faucet of the bathtub should be fixed. It is too hard and one has difficulty controlling the water. The view in my room faces apartments and so you always need to draw the curtains which makes the room so dark. The price for internet access is horrendous. Nowadays, all hotels should have as a basic facility free wifi access.

The room was immaculately clean. It had a wonderful Juliette terrace. - the room included a private safe, electronic key card, work desk, and smoke detectors for safety measures.

The room was reasonably large and normal double and with a great view of the lake. The location was wonderful, you can visit Lake Side Promenade by walking.

Had a pleasant stay during his visit in 1880, everything was beautiful. Location: the hotel was so close to the river and Marina, the centre of Luzern, and both lake side and city side. We tried some restaurants, including Restaurant Olivo which boasted a tasty cuisine.

The staff members were all friendly and welcoming. the hotel is situated in a very central location in a quiet neighborhood. - It is conveniently close to Swiss parts of Europe trip, beautiful Lucerne, and boat rides on the lake.

Hotel was easy to access walking from the city center. The buffet breakfast was Wonderful. Rooms were clean and simple. Quiet also.

4 star hotel with no free WIFI, I was instructed to go to a HOTSPOT and pay with my credit card. The bathroom amenities offered were disapointing & miniminal 2 tiny wraped soaps and 2 tiny bottles of shampoo. While sitting on the terrace enjoying the view there was no table service and no one came to say we had to order at teh bar although employees inside appeared to be having a personal conversation meanwhile.

I really enjoyed my very pleasant stay at Grand Hotel Europe in Lucerne. the hotel offers normal double and generously sized units with a wonderful Juliette terrace. - the shower was excellent, and the staff was very professional. - Everything about my stay was simply beautiful.

The hotel boasts a stunning location, away from the town centre, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. the staff members at the reception desk were very nice. - Grand Hotel Europe is conveniently located next to Lake Lucerne and in the midst of the beautiful mountains and Tower Bridge.

Great spot to stay! It's so convenient, being close to downtown. Plus, you've got the river and Marina right next to you, along with all the main city sights. 🌟

The property was unique with friendly staff and cordial service. the hotel was set in a very central area right by restaurants and the local mountains.

The staff was enthusiastic and gave some great recommendations. The hotel was close enough to the city attractions and the front garden. Appreciated hanging out by the lake, located 500 ft from the venue.
